Group exercise classes suitable for ALL fitness levels. There are 3 weekly classes to choose from including outdoor circuits,
trail running and an indoor
strength & conditioning session.
There is also a FREE Sunday Run Clinic which is perfect for beginners, for those getting back into running after a break, or anyone looking to improve their running technique.

When booking any class for the first time you will need to create a free Teamup account. Simply click on the class you are interested in and the system will prompt you to sign up. All new Group Exercise members are offered a FREE taster class. There will be an option to select this once you have signed up and selected the class you wish to try.
