Hello, I'm Amalia. A former corporate girl turned Personal Trainer, Pilates Instructor, Nutrition Coach, and NLP Practitioner. My passion is coaching men and women of all ages to become stronger and fitter whether you are brand new to exercise or looking to improve performance for a particular sport or activity.

Why train with me?
Personal experience - it may sound obvious but in my view, to be an effective fitness coach you must know what it feels like to push yourself out of your comfort zone both physically and mentally. Experiencing what it's like to be really challenged, what mindset barriers might crop up, and what it feels like to try something new.
Having been a pretty active person even before getting any fitness qualifications, I'm always setting myself goals that challenge me to be better and that, more importantly, going through the journey to achieve them will benefit my coaching clients to reach and exceed their goals too.

Specialisms include, Pilates, strength & conditioning, running, plyometrics, nutrition and mindset coaching.
Flexible 1:1 coaching - having previously spent 20+ years in the corporate world, I understand that it can be tough to fit training into a busy schedule. Time is so precious and to help you reach your fitness goals despite a crazy schedule, I have made my 1:1 coaching service mobile. Whether you prefer to train at home, outside or at your place of work, I can come to you depending on location.

Community - In addition to 1:1 coaching, there is also the opportunity to take part in classes. There are 4 group exercise classes including circuits, strength & conditioning and a run clinic as well as 5 Pilates classes suitable for all fitness levels. If you prefer to train in a group of like-minded people this could be the perfect option for you. All classes take place in the Worthing area.
